Japanese: 開脚蟹縛り
Kaikyaku (かいきゃく / 開脚):  roughly translates to “spread legs” 
Kani (かに / 蟹): “crab”
Shibari (縛り): Tie

A spread-legged-crab-tie. In this position the models wrist and upper-arm is tied to the upper ankle and thigh of the respective spread legs. Optionally the legs can be further spread by tying the legs to anchor points.
