A spread-legged-crab-tie. In this position the models wrist and upper-arm is tied to the upper ankle and thigh of the respective spread legs. Optionally the legs can be further spread by tying the legs to anchor points.

 

Kaikyaku (かいきゃく) roughly translates to “spread legs” 

Kani (かに) translates to “crab”
