Kaikyaku (開脚): Spread legs
Zuri (吊り): Hanging
Shibari (縛り):  Tie

Hanging version of the “M ji kaikyaku shibari”.
Suspended from the takate kote with the thighs in front and spread.

Also called “M zuri”, “Ryo-ashi zuri” or “Kaikyaki zuri”.
