Japanese: 責め

To the best of my current knowledge and probably over simplified; generally this comes from martial arts where “seme” is the attacker and “uke” being the one attacked. It is the top/more dominant/more assertive person in a(ny) relationship where the uke is the more “submissive” one.

Within kinbaku most commonly used in “semenawa” and the roughly translates to “torture rope”. Where “torture” must not be take litteraly!
