Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These include (but are not limited to):
      • Rope (if the brand-wrapper is removed or item is used)
      • Tenugui (if the brand wrapper is removed or item is used)
      • Adult toys
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Should you receive defective, damaged or the wrong product, please email us and include photo(s) of the product before you start the return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. It can take up to 5 to 10 Business Days for refunds to post. Refunds processed through PayPal may take up to 30 days to post.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If you have not received your refund after the processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

 

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely and include your proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

 

Any exceptions to our Return & Refund Policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at RopeMarks’ sole discretion.
