We are thrilled to introduce Rope Care, our conditioning wax for jute rope used in kinbaku and shibari.

Made with beeswax and cold-pressed jojoba oil, Rope Care is designed to soften and protect your rope, reduce shedding and help extend its lifespan. It also creates a light protective barrier against moisture and wear, helping keep your rope smooth, supple and ready for your next Kinbaku session.

Apply a small amount by hand as part of regular rope maintenance.

A microfiber cloth for applying our Rope Care completes your rope maintenance set.

Description

Rope Care is made with beeswax and cold-pressed jojoba oil to condition and protect natural jute rope used for kinbaku and shibari. Regular care can help reduce shedding, maintain suppleness and protect the fibres from becoming excessively dry.

How to use
Warm a small amount between your hands and work it evenly into the rope. Start sparingly, as too much wax can make rope feel heavy or overly coated. After application, use a microfiber cloth to remove any excess and buff the rope.

Rope Care can be used as part of normal rope maintenance whenever your rope begins to feel dry or rough. How often this is needed depends on the rope, how frequently it is used and your preferred handling characteristics.

Rope Care is handmade by RopeMarks . Because it is a handmade product using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour may occur between batches.
